Product Description:
The introduction of FFB Cage Handling Automation System signifies another technology breakthrough in palm oil mill material handling. With the innovative solution that Dolphin Systems has to offer, the system provides total factory automation control with a reliable and high-efficiency electro-hydraulics system.

New and improve engineering solutions such as cage indexer, transfer carriage, tipper and cantilever bridge with articulated indexer are incorporated to replace winch, bollard and overhead hoist available in conventional FFB cage marshaling system. The system superior performance is also supported by state of the art technology industrial standard somponent such as Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC), Industrial Human Machine Interface(HMI) and wide range of sensor and instrumentation.

The system is designed to supersede operator dependent process environment with a more reliable with a consistent and controllable system dependent operation. Automated process provides a simple and guided operations. Operation safety is enhanced with remote operation from safe distance. Mobilization of bigger capacity cages is also possible with hydraulic powered machineries. The highly flexible and scalable system allows the implementation to various capacity designs.
