Product Description: |
Dolphin's Twin Drive Conveyor system is driven by hydraulic power. Two heavy duty hydraulic hybrid motors are used in the system and are coupled to the conveyor drive shaft at the left and right side. Equal and balance force distribution at each side of conveyor chain is achieved which significantly prolongs the life span of conveyor chain.
Incorporating Dolphin's Twin Drive System ensures:
Reduced weight on the boom
A reduction in shock loading
Trouble-free stalling and overload protection
All of which significantly increase conveyor up-time and reduce the need for unscheduled maintenance.

Features: |
Twin Heavy Duty Hybrid Hydraulic Motor Two hybrid hydraulic motor / gearbox units are used to drive the conveyor and to provide a balanced dispersion of torque loads at the both side of conveyor chain and conveyor drive shaft.
Reduces Torque Surge Torque surge during starting is reduced to minimise wear and tear on couplings and drive chains.
Reduces Imbalance Chain Elongation Imbalance elongation of both sides of drive chains can be reduced due to a more balanced torque distribution at both sides of the drive chains.
Variable Conveyor Speed Control The speed of conveyor is regulated according to the desired production rate further downstream using an AC inverter drive system as a speed regulator. Interconnectivity between upstream and downstream with the system regulates the conveyor speed automatically.
Interactive Human Machine Interface(HMI) Device Interactive touch screen HMI offers fast and easy setting configuration, graphical system monitoring and informatics reporting viewing.
Hydraulic Leakage Detector The hydraulic power pack is equipped with a leakage detector to detect the level of hydraulic fluid in the power pack and to monitor the over flow. Alarms will sound when sudden leakage or progressive leakage and / or an over flow of hydraulic fluid is detected.
